Viviana Portalatin
Founder & CEO
In 1999, Viviana Portalatin moved from Costa Rica to the United States with nothing but determination and a dream.

At just 25 years old, she launched her first business — a small painting company that grew rapidly, servicing over fifteen apartment complexes within its first year.
Â
Her entrepreneurial spirit only grew stronger from there. Over the next two decades, Viviana built and sold multiple successful ventures, including a trucking company, before co-founding Elite Roofing Solutions with her husband in 2017. In 2023, she opened Latin Port Restaurant, combining her business acumen with her cultural roots.

Having built her success through self-education, resilience, and hard work, Viviana understands firsthand the challenges small business owners face — from limited resources to lack of mentorship and modern tools.
